CTE EXPANSION
The Centerville School District 60-1 requests statements of qualifications for architectural services for conceptual design of potential projects including: 1) CTE Building Addition, 2) Repurposing of existing CTE and Science Facilities.
The selected architectural firm will be required to procure engineering and other ancillary services within their scope. The initial services will comprise of the development of a detailed project program, preliminary planning and construction cost estimates. The School Board may continue with the consultants on design development, construction procurement and contract administration.
